Monitoring

The contact center servers were rebooted between noon and 1:00pm today in an attempt to resolve ongoing audio issues affecting contact centers with limited or no audio on calls. The reboot is now complete and we will continue monitoring services.

Investigating

We have received reports of one way or no audio on some calls being received by various hospital and campus contact center agents. The system will be rebooted between noon and 1:00pm today in order to resolve the problem.
