Perceptive Content Email Agent will undergo a planned upgrade beginning 9/17 at 5pm and ending 9/18 at 12am.

Perceptive Content Email Agent is used to automatically import emails and attachments from monitored mailboxes into Perceptive Content. This maintenance is being performed to upgrade Perceptive Content Email Agent from version 1.5 to version 2.0 to maintain compatibility with upcoming Microsoft 365 changes and ensure continued automated processing of emails and attachments sent to Perceptive Content.

During this maintenance window, automated processing of emails and attachments will be unavailable. Emails received during the maintenance window will remain in their respective mailboxes and will be processed after the upgrade is complete and services are restored.
