Incident Report for UM IT Systems

Investigating

Some Cisco Contact Center users are currently experiencing issues when attempting to log into Finesse in order to receive customer calls. This impact may be with the initial log in process and others are being forced off the system. Engineers are currently working to resolve the issue at this time but we do not have an estimated time for the issue to be resolved.
