Incident Report for UM IT Systems

Monitoring

Ther has been a loss of redundancy for some datacenter network devices. We worked with our vendor to process the RMA and expect the replacement to arrive and be installed early next week. We have manual workarounds available should any additional failures impact the remaining switch in the redundant pair before redundancy is restored. We will update this ticket when we have a time for the RMA replacement.
