The campus VoIP telecom team will be pushing out firmware updates to Cisco VoIP phones for the campus and hospital locations. The updates will cause a brief interruption in service while the reboot takes place following installation of the update. Phones in critical areas on campus have been updated ahead of time in order to minimize any impact on service.
