Incident Report for UM IT Systems
Identified
Beginning February 24, 2024 everyone in the 573 area code region will be required to dial 10 digits when placing a call, even if it is local. Users will need to update any stored dialing numbers in their systems if they are not currently set up to dial the full 10 digits of the called party. Internal calls on the campus and hospital phone systems will continue to function normally.
