The cluster maintenance was completed last evening and jobs started running again. The login node will be opened shortly. We performed security patching, completed performance and stability work on HTC Storage, and completed networking moves in order to make room for the new HPC6 nodes. Work will continue on installing the new rack of HPC6 nodes.

Due to the university being closed the December Maintenance will delayed and start tomorrow. Jobs will start if they are scheduled to complete before the maintenance window begins tomorrow morning.

Planned Maintenance for Lewis Cluster:
We will have a scheduled maintenance window on December 16th starting at 6:00am. Lewis jobs will run if they are scheduled to complete before the maintenance window and jobs will start again when the maintenance is complete.
We are also performing network maintenance during this window that will affect some RNET customers. Affected customers will lose connectivity to RNET while the network maintenance is performed. We will contact as many of these customers as possible.
This is a reminder that the campus Redhat license will end 12/31/2019 and all Redhat machines with a university license must migrated to another operating system by that time. Systems running on RedHat may be removed from the network sometime after December 16th 2019 if they have not been migrated. Please contact your IT Pro for more details on how to migrate.
