Monitoring
The recent Cisco firmware upgrade to the Cisco 8851 phones has replaced the default background image on the phone screen. This new image does not affect phone functionality. Issues can be reported to Tech Support at 573.882.5000 or by clicking the chat button at doit.missouri.edu during business hours.
