Planned maintenance for Lewis cluster 2/18

The Lewis cluster will be offline starting around 8 AM on Tuesday 2/18 for regular monthly maintenance in addition to some work on improving the storage system. Users are encouraged to plan their use of the cluster with this maintenance window in mind.
