Identified - Beginning February 24, 2024 everyone in the 573 area code region will be required to dial 10 digits when placing a call, even if it is local. Users will need to update any stored dialing numbers in their systems if they are not currently set up to dial the full 10 digits of the called party. Internal calls on the campus and hospital phone systems will continue to function normally.

Investigating - To better facilitate printer management, the Division of IT will add an icon labeled "Printers" to all Windows computer “desktops”. When opened, a complete listing of printers installed on the computer will appear. The desktop icon cannot be removed and will allow IT support staff to better support campus faculty and staff printers. Please direct any questions to the Division of IT Help Desk.

Hardware failure in nexus1 appears to have caused some network impact at 11:30. it has recovered but I'm requesting a "monitoring" state event while we look at our options for resolving the issue more completely.
